Possess Master's degree (10+2+3+2 pattern or equivalent) from MKU or other well-established university in the same discipline.

Have obtained minimum 55% aggregate marks in Master's degree

Candidates of SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer)/Differently-abled category can avail relaxation of 5%, and marks secured will be 50% for eligibility.

Junior/Senior Research Fellows working on national and state-sponsored research activities are also eligible for Ph.D. program registration.

Fill the form as desired & upload necessary documents, including:

Passport size photograph less than 1MB

Scanned signature less than 1MB

SBI i-Collect payment receipt

 General candidates: INR 2,000

 SC/ST candidates: INR 1,000

 The application fee will include the entrance examination and eligibility certificate.

Entrance Examination

 The MKUCET PhD Common Entrance Test will be conducted online.

Pattern

Part I: 50 marks – Research Aptitude, English Comprehension, Logic, and General Reasoning Multiple Choice Objective Questions.

Part II: 50 marks – Multiple Choice Objective Questions in the relevant specific subject.

Interview

Only those candidates who qualify the entrance test will be called for an interview.

Interview is mandatory for all candidates, even those who are exempted, to attend at the entrance test.
